Welcome Poultry Producers!
Rescheduled Dates Announced for 2020 MPF Convention!
(4/3/2020 Update) – The Midwest Poultry Federation (MPF) Board of Directors is excited to announce that the 2020 MPF Convention has been rescheduled to July 9-11, 2020 at the Minneapolis Convention Center.
The MPF Board remains hopeful and positive that we will be ready to safely get together in July and make connections in-person once again. We are looking forward to that day, and we promise that the health and safety of our attendees and exhibitors continues to be our #1 priority as we move forward.
Schedule & Education: While the new dates do not fall on MPF’s typical days of the week, the MPF Convention will follow the same schedule as March. The show will start on Thursday, July 9 with its Pre-Show Nutrition Symposium, Education Tracks, Welcome Reception and MPF Unhatched event. Education and Exhibits will run all day on Friday, July 10 and a half day on Saturday, July 11.
MPF’s workshop chairs will be working to re-book speakers and re-set the education program for July. Please refer to www.midwestpoultry.com and future emails from MPF for the most up-to-date information on any revisions that are made.
Registration / Attendee Fees: Registration will re-open Friday, May 15, 2020.
If you registered prior to the cancelled March dates, your fees will automatically roll over to the July dates.
If you are unable to attend MPF in July, you will receive a full refund of your attendee registration fee. You may contact MPF’s registration company, eventPower, firstname.lastname@example.org or 763-762-9790, if you need to cancel your registration.
Hotel Reservations: MPF’s hotel blocks at the Hilton Minneapolis Hotel, Hyatt Regency, and Millennium Hotel will re-open for reservations for both attendees and exhibitors via the MPF Housing Bureau (online here on this website) on Monday, June 1, 2020.
MPF’s hotel rates will remain the same as March.
Watch future emails or click here for the details you will need to book your hotel room(s) at that time.
It has been an incredibly trying few weeks for all of us – throughout the world – and we know there is still much uncertainty; however, we are really looking forward to bringing our poultry industry friends and colleagues together again to reconnect and move forward. MPF will continue to monitor all the appropriate information sources over the coming weeks and keep our attendees and exhibitors posted every step of the way.
You may contact MPF with any questions at 763-284-6763 and email@example.com.
