Hotel reservations for the 2019 MPF Convention are now open.
- If you require nine (9) or less rooms, please use the online reservation system to check availability (and if sold out, add your name to the waiting list).
- If you require more than nine (9) rooms, you’ll work directly with a representative from the Meet Minneapolis Housing Bureau to set up a sub-block. Click here to access the Official Hotel Block (10+ Rooms) Request Form. Fill out the form and return it to the Housing bureau via email or fax (612-767-8211). You may also call 1-888-947-2233 for assistance; please have your completed form ready when you call.
IMPORTANT: Please see below for NEW policy impacting blocks of 10 or more rooms.

IMPORTANT – NEW POLICY for companies booking blocks of 10 or more rooms:
- Your room block request for MPF 2019 cannot be more than 15% above your company’s final room night pick up from MPF 2018.
- Should your company fail to fulfill 80% of requested room block, your company will be invoiced by MPF for balance of unused room nights up to 80%.
Our hotel blocks are based on the amount of hotel rooms picked up from last year and MPF has a legal and financial obligation to fill those blocks. These policy changes are necessary in order for MPF to mitigate any liability for attrition to our hotels because of hotel rooms that are cancelled at the last minute and to discourage any overbooking. We urge you to review your hotel needs carefully and book only the hotel rooms you will need for your company.
BE WARY OF HOTEL SCAMS: It has come to our attention that several third party housing wholesalers (under different names but almost always from Nevada) have been calling and/or emailing exhibiting companies to try to book their rooms. This company is NOT affiliated or endorsed by MPF and we urge you not to give this company any of your personal information. MPF also did not share your contact information with this company.
We have heard of instances at other conventions where attendees have used these firms, paid money, and showed up at the convention, only to find no room has been reserved and the hotel has no record of any reservation.
Some company names that have been used include Global Housing Corp. and The Convention Housing Authority. These companies often change names on the fly to stay one step ahead of authorities.
The only company authorized to book rooms for MPF is the MPF Housing Bureau, operated by staff of Meet Minneapolis.
