Each PEAK exhibitor receives access to a company portal with a unique URL provided to the company contact via email when booth space is booked. Within the portal, an exhibitor may view and print invoices, purchase sponsorships, register booth staff, provide company information, and much more.

PEAK partners with Rainprotection Insurance to offer an affordable insurance package for exhibitors who need it. All PEAK exhibitors must carry general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. Access information on hotel reservations will be emailed to show manager contact on file for your company when our hotel reservation process opens.

All reservations are coordinated by the PEAK/Minneapolis Housing Bureau – also knowns as “Key Bookings”. Phone number and email for customer service/assistance are:

Hotel reservation information will ONLY come from PEAK and “Key Bookings” Housing Bureau. Any other emails or calls from other companies are not affiliated with PEAK. We do our best to stop these kinds of calls and emails but they get worse every year and some companies continue to sneak past us claiming to be PEAK. We advise that you do not book rooms through third party services, which are scams to get your credit card information.

All booth staff registrations are handled via your individual company’s Exhibitor Services Center. The unique URL, username and password is found in your booth confirmation email; check with your company contact if you have any questions.

All catering for your booth must be ordered via Kelber Catering, the in-house catering company for the Minneapolis Convention Center. This includes water, soft drinks, and snacks. Absolutely no outside food and beverage is allowed inside the convention center. Please view the menu at right for your options.

All 2027 PEAK exhibitors will receive the full attendee list approximately two weeks after the show ends. The list will be emailed to the company contact we have on file.

Need photos/videos of your booth? We recommend contacting Jim Zons and his team at EZ Media to schedule his services as a photographer and/or videographer. Jim is based in Wisconsin and has worked at PEAK before and is familiar with the show.
